Ride The Route Worcester - Wolverhampton
Following the successful British Sportive on the Tour de France stage, now take the opportunity to Ride Great Britain’s own Tour Stage from Worcester to Wolverhampton on Sunday AUGUST 26TH.
Billed as this years toughest stage over 101 grueling miles up and down the Malvern Hills, onto the tough Shropshire climbs, followed by fast run into Wolverhampton, finishing on the track just like the Paris – Roubaix, it will guaranteed a hard day in the saddle.
Test your ability against the pro peloton on the timed climb en route or just enjoy the fabulous scenery this stage has to offer.
We have limited entries of 1000 so booking on line quickly is essential to guarantee your place.
The entry fee includes a donation of a minimum of £5 to the British Heart Foundation, who is kindly supporting the ride with volunteers to make the event the most enjoyable and memorable in this year’s calendar.
The route will follow the Tour of Britain stage from Worcester to Wolverhampton, starting at Worcester Race Course and finishing on the Aldersley track in Wolverhampton.
Registration to collect your timing chips and goody bags will take place on Saturday 25th of August, with very limited signing on the day by appointment only.

There will be 3 feed stations en route manned by local clubs and volunteers offering nutritional bars, fruit, water and performance drinks.
The route will be fully arrowed and static and motorcycle marshals will assist at congested points. (A downloadable map is available on the website.)
Transport will be laid on for baggage to the finish and coaches and trucks to transfer riders and their bikes back to Worcester. There will be a small charge for this service book able on line.
There is plenty of free car parking at the start and finish for families and supporters, and the Aldersley Stadium offers exceptional showering and changing facilities after the long day in the saddle.
Photographers will be en route to capture your efforts and a DVD will be produced for those winter months viewing.
One of the climbs will be timed so you can check efforts against the Tour of Britain riders, details of the times will be put on the website after the Tour of Britain has finished.
