TIMETABLE

Sign on Starts at 7.30am Sunday 13th September, and entries on line close at midnight on 9th September.

The Start will be outside the main Grandstand between 08.00 and 08.30 with riders starting in small groups of 10-15 at minute intervals no actual start times will be issued, just roll up and go.
Unfortunately we will have to instigate elimination zones to meet our deadlines, these will be as generous as possible and will be published in the final instructions. These points will offer a shorter ride back to Worcester.

We will operate a broom wagon for mechanical and eliminated riders, but don't plan to use it please.
It will follow the last rider on the course and in time and therefore maybe sometime from your problem.
The will be emergency telephone numbers for all our staff and these will be published at signing on and on your timing cards.
PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THESE NUMBERS.

TIMING

We operate our own exclusive timing system using a timing card, similar to the dipping systems with start and finish times only as opposed to the on board chip.
The cards carry your information, safety telephone numbers, and route information, so please keep them safe and dry.
Your individual times will available on the website.
